I am looking to buy a house and want to know what the real estate appreciation rates are. This will also help me make better choices when going to finance the house.

    get a realtor involved. we have access to all the data to help determine appreciation ates.

    Appreciation Rates only take into account HISTORY, not future. No one knows how the market is going to be a year from now….. there is a lot of theories it will go up, it will plateau, it will take a dive…etc.
